Who He Knows:

: Felix is Norwood's idol, and Norwood truly believes that Felix can fix anything. He relies too much on him.

: Norwood doesn't know what to think about Ralph. He tries to be nice, but Ralph doesn't seem to want to be friends.

: Calhoun scares the socks off poor Norwood, but if Felix is nearby, he's not quite as nervous. That said, if she were to pull her gun on him, he would probably faint.

: After believing for years that Turbo was evil, Norwood met him in the form of King Candy. Since they've met, they've gotten pretty close, and Norwood really likes his company. Usually he tries to call King Candy "Candy", but whenever he's overemotional about something, he often calls King Candy "Turbo".

: Norwood thinks Candlehead is a sweet, helpful girl, and she reminds him a little of a young Mary (not that Mary was ever young) in a way.

: Gloyd gets on Norwood's nerves, especially when the topic of King Candy comes up, but Norwood knows he's not a bad kid, deep down. Gloyd reminds Norwood a little of a more annoying version of Gene.

Gene: Norwood looks up to Gene in a big brother sort of way, and he quite likes hanging around with him, but the two couldn't be more different. Gene still doesn't know that Norwood was the one that drew that picture of him that hangs in the penthouse.

Mary: Norwood's had a crush on Mary ever since she started making cakes, 25 years ago. He thinks she's super-talented, as well as having a lovely personality. He also likes Mary's caring nature, and she's not bad looking either, but he's too shy to tell her this.

Lucy: Norwood's best friend, and current girlfriend, Lucy and Norwood get on really well with each other. She's the only one who knows who drew that picture in the penthouse, mainly because she helped him carry it up to the penthouse.

He is the first to take Ralph's threat to find a medal seriously.
Aside from Gene, he is the Nicelander with the largest speaking role.
His favorite flavor cake is Red Velvet.
When Ralph turns up at the party he tells Felix to "get rid of him" but when Ralph doesn't show up for work, he's the most worried.

Headcannons:
He's rather creative, but he'd never admit it, or show anyone.
He's had a crush on Mary for years, but is too afraid to ask her out.
He was the first, besides Mary, to forgive Ralph, but he secretly doesn't trust the guy.
When everything's normal, he's actually pretty cheerful. It's disorder that frightens him.
The artwork of Gene in the penthouse was made by him, though he'd deny it if asked.
He's very inquisitive, and once he stops being so nervous, he asks a lot of questions.
He has a fear of bugs, especially ones that fly, or that appear out of seemingly nowhere.
He also happens to have a fear of becoming a glitch, despite the fact that those he knows with glitches don't seem too bothered by their glitching.
